The final trailer of The Golden Compass has just been launched at a big event held at Rockfeller Center, NYC. Sam Elliot hosts the event where the trailer has just been shown on giant screens above the new ice rink. Subsequentally, the trailer has been released online for the rest of us who aren’t there at the party. Watch it here below.

The trailer shows how much the post-production has progressed and feels very polished. Daemon CGI, lightning and soundtrack – it’s all much more finished than any footage we’ve seen before.
